Pain, unusual discharge, bleeding that isn’t normal for you, burning when you pass urine, or a lump you’ve noticed. These are worth checking, not waiting out.

Where to begin
Most people arrive with one of these three things on their mind. Each one has a clear next step — and none of them needs a referral.
Pain, unusual discharge, bleeding that isn’t normal for you, burning when you pass urine, or a lump you’ve noticed. These are worth checking, not waiting out.
What we treat →Preconception advice, confirming a pregnancy, antenatal check-ups and ultrasound scans, and knowing which symptoms need to be seen the same day.
Pregnancy care →An annual women’s wellness visit: examination, cervical screening, haemoglobin and thyroid where indicated, and time to ask the things you’ve been putting off.

If what you’re dealing with isn’t on this list, it’s still worth calling. Very little is outside the scope of a general gynecology clinic.
Why patients come back
Your doctor
MS (OB-GYN)
Obstetrician and gynecologist with 17 years in practice, seeing women across Dimapur and the wider Nagaland region — from a teenager’s first consultation to menopause care.
He treats a consultation as a conversation: what you’ve noticed, what it most likely is, what the options are, and what happens if you do nothing.

Short, plain-language checklists for the things women most often hesitate to ask about. They don’t diagnose anything — they help you describe your symptoms clearly, which makes a consultation far more useful.
