Week 1

Intake & Self-Assessment

A trauma-sensitive wellness inventory, a formal coaching agreement, and your own honest snapshot of where you are across the dimensions of life that matter to you.

iii.

Weeks 1 – 2

Visioning & Strategic Design

A dedicated session to clarify your long-term wellness vision, surface your core values and strengths, and co-create three-month intentions that feel genuinely yours.

Weeks 3 – 11

Iterative Action & Reflection

Weekly sessions to review experiments, celebrate small wins, explore friction without judgement, and design the next self-directed step — always at your pace.

v.

Week 12

Harvest & Sustainability

A final session to measure progress, gather the tools that worked, and thoughtfully plan how the life you've built continues — with or without us beside you.
